Manipur News in hindi : मणिपुर की राजधानी इंफाल में दो छात्रों के अपहरण और हत्या के विरोध में बुधवार को लगातार दूसरे दिन हजारों छात्रों ने शहर के केंद्र की ओर कूच करते हुए रैलियां निकाली। रैलियों के दौरान हुई झड़प में कई लोग घायल हो गए। इस बीच सरकार ने 19 थाना क्षेत्रों को छोड़कर पूरे राज्य को अशांत क्षेत्र घोषित कर दिया है।

मणिपुर गृह विभाग की ओर से आज जारी हुई अधिसूचना के अनुसार, राज्यपाल की राय है कि विभिन्न चरमपंथी समूहों की हिंसक गतिविधियों की वजह से पूरे मणिपुर में नागरिक प्रशासन की सहायता के लिए सशस्त्र बलों की जरूरत है।
 
वहीं, कुकी समुदाय के शीर्ष संगठन ‘इंडीजिनस ट्राइबल लीडर्स फोरम’ (ITLF) की महिला इकाई ने मणिपुर में करीब पांच महीने से जारी जातीय हिंसा के दौरान आदिवासी महिलाओं से दुष्कर्म और हत्या मामले की सीबीआई से जांच कराने का आदेश देने में विलंब के खिलाफ चुराचांदपुर में प्रदर्शन किया।
 
इंफाल घाटी में प्रदर्शन और हिंसा की आशंका को देखते हुए मणिपुर पुलिस, केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल और आरएएफ के कर्मियों को तैनात किया गया है।
 
विभिन्न स्थानों से मार्च कर रहे युवकों और युवतियों को नारे लगाते हुए देखा गया। उनमें से कई ने जुलाई में लापता हुए दो छात्रों की हत्या के विरोध में तख्तियां और उनके शवों की तस्वीरें ली हुई थी जो हाल में सोशल मीडिया पर सामने आई थीं।
 
यह रैली लमका पब्लिक ग्राउंड से शुरू हुई और तिपईमुख रोड तथा आई बी रोड से गुजरते हुए ‘वॉल ऑफ रिमेम्ब्रेंस’ तक पहुंची जहां जातीय हिंसा में मारे गए लोगों के डमी ताबूत रखे हुए थे।

छह जुलाई से लापता दो छात्रों की हत्या के विरोध में प्रदर्शन कर रहे स्थानीय लोगों और आरएएफ कर्मियों के बीच मंगलवार रात को झड़प हो गयी जिसके बाद कानून प्रवर्तन अधिकारियों को प्रदर्शनकारियों को खदेड़ने के लिए आंसू गैस के गोले छोड़ने पड़े, लाठीचार्ज करना पड़ा और रबड़ की गोलियां चलानी पड़ी जिसमें 45 लोग घायल हो गए। घायलों में ज्यादातर छात्र हैं।
 
इस बीच, मणिपुर पुलिस ने कहा कि सीआरपीएफ/आरएएफ ने प्रदर्शनकारियों से निपटते वक्त जातिवादी टिप्पणियां करने से इनकार किया है। यह स्पष्टीकरण एक वीडियो के सोशल मीडिया पर आने के बाद आया है जिसमें आरएएफ के एक कर्मी को कथित तौर पर यह कहते हुए सुना गया, यह हमारी जाति नहीं है, कुछ भी करो।
 
राज्य सरकार ने बुधवार को स्कूलों में अवकाश घोषित किया है लेकिन इंफाल के कुछ संस्थानों के छात्रों ने अपने स्कूल में एकत्रित होने का आह्वान किया।
 
झड़पों के बाद राज्य सरकार ने किसी भी तरह की भ्रामक सूचनाओं और अफवाहों को फैलने से रोकने के लिए एक अक्टूबर को रात सात बजकर 45 मिनट तक इंटरनेट मोबाइल सेवाओं पर फिर से प्रतिबंध लगा दिया। राज्य में तीन मई को भड़की जातीय हिंसा के बाद इंटरनेट पर पाबंदी लगाई गई थी और 4 महीने से अधिक समय बाद इसे हटाया गया था।
 
राज्य सरकार ने कानून एवं व्यवस्था की स्थिति के मद्देनजर सभी स्कूलों में 27 और 29 सितंबर को सार्वजनिक अवकाश की घोषणा की है। 28 सितंबर को पैगंबर मोहम्मद की जयंती ईद-ए-मिलाद के अवसर पर राज्य में सार्वजनिक अवकाश है।

अनुसूचित जनजाति (ST) का दर्जा देने की मेइती समुदाय की मांग के विरोध में पर्वतीय जिलों में जनजातीय एकजुटता मार्च के बाद तीन मई को राज्य में जातीय हिंसा भड़क गई थी। हिंसा की घटनाओं में अब तक 175 से अधिक लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है और सैकड़ों लोग घायल हुए हैं।
 
मणिपुर की आबादी में मेइती समुदाय के लोगों की आबादी लगभग 53 प्रतिशत है और वे ज्यादातर इंफाल घाटी में रहते हैं। वहीं, नगा और कुकी आदिवासियों की आबादी करीब 40 प्रतिशत है और वे ज्यादातर पर्वतीय जिलों में रहते हैं।
