बात यहां से शुरू करते हैं : राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ यदि किसी मामले में आक्रामक तेवर अख्तियार कर ले तो सरकार को भी उसकी बात मानना पड़ती है। संघ ने इस बात का पुख्ता इंतजाम कर दिया है कि निकट भविष्य में होने वाले 24 विधानसभा उपचुनाव में कांग्रेस को बड़ी फंडिंग नहीं हो पाए। पैसा कहां से आना है और उसे कैसे रोका जा सकता है यह भी संघ को मालूम है।
 
यह संघ का ही प्रेशर था कि अपनी पार्टी के कई दिग्गजों जिनमें कैलाश विजयवर्गीय भी शामिल थे, के आग्रह के बावजूद मुख्यमंत्री ने बिजली कंपनियों तथा महिला एवं बाल विकास से जुड़े 2 बड़े मामलों में मदद करने से हाथ खड़े कर दिए और कहा मुझे सब मालूम है किसके पीछे कौन है। फंडिंग के कुछ और रास्तों पर भी संघ की नजर है।
 
मध्य प्रदेश कांग्रेस के ट्विटर अकाउंट से किया गया एक ट्वीट अचानक डिलीट क्यों कर दिया गया, यह पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष कमलनाथ भी शायद न बता पाएं। ट्वीट गुटखा कारोबारी किशोर वाधवानी से संबंधित था। एक वरिष्ठ पत्रकार के ट्वीट के बाद यह मुद्दा गरमाया तो पड़ताल शुरू हुई। जिस शख्स ने ट्वीट को डिलीट किया वह एक नाम तो उगल गया पर दूसरा डर के मारे उसकी जुबां पर नहीं आ पा रहा है। यह व्यक्ति कौन हो सकता है, यह मीडिया सेल के अध्यक्ष जीतू पटवारी ही बता सकते हैं।
 
इस बार कौन बनेगा हाई कोर्ट जज? : यह पूरे प्रदेश में वकीलों के बीच चर्चा का सबसे ज्वलंत विषय है। हाईकोर्ट की फुल बेंच की ऑनलाइन मीटिंग हो चुकी है और जो बात छनकर सामने आ रही है उससे तो संकेत यह मिल रहा है कि महाधिवक्ता पुष्पेन्द्र कौरव, पूर्व महाधिवक्ता शशांक शेखर, पूर्व अतिरिक्त महाधिवक्ता मनोज द्विवेदी और असिस्टेंट सॉलीसीटर जनरल रहे विवेक शरण के साथ ही ग्वालियर की निधि पाटनकर, राघवेंद्र दीक्षित और प्रणय वर्मा के नाम को हरी झंडी मिल गई है। 
 
कोल इंडिया देश का वह नवरत्न संस्थान है जिसके दरवाजे संकट के समय में मदद के लिए हमेशा खुले रहते हैं। इन दिनों कोल इंडिया के चेयरमैन मध्य प्रदेश काडर के वरिष्ठ आईएएस अधिकारी प्रमोद अग्रवाल हैं। कमलनाथ सरकार के दौर में अग्रवाल को पहले तो नगरीय प्रशासन जैसा भारी-भरकम महकमा दिया गया, लेकिन बाद में बहुत हल्के ढंग से लिया गया। भाजपा के पुनः सत्ता में आने के कुछ पहले वे कोल इंडिया के सीएमडी हो गए थे। उनकी वहां मौजूदगी का फायदा प्रदेश को मिला। अग्रवाल की ही बदौलत कोरोना संक्रमण के दौर में कोल इंडिया ने मध्य प्रदेश सरकार को 20 करोड़ रुपए की मदद की।
 
इसे किस्मत का फेर ही कहा जाएगा। जावद के विधायक ओमप्रकाश सकलेचा की मंत्रिमंडल के लिए प्रबल दावेदारी थी। उन्हें दिल्ली से भी मदद मिल रही थी। अब जबकि मंत्रिमंडल विस्तार की कवायद अंतिम दौर में है सकलेचा और उनकी पत्नी कोरोना पॉजिटिव पाए जाने के कारण अस्पताल में इलाज के लिए भर्ती हैं और अपना पक्ष रखने के लिए कहीं आ-जा नहीं पा रहे हैं। बीमारी के कारण मैदान में उनकी अनुपलब्धता न जाने किस स्वरूप में केंद्रीय नेतृत्व के सामने पहुंचे और कोई तीसरा फायदा उठा ले यह एक अलग मुद्दा है। कुछ ऐसा ही मंत्रिमंडल के गठन के समय गोपाल भार्गव के साथ हो चुका है।
 
आखिर कागजों के उस पुलिंदे में ऐसा क्या है? जब उसे उपचुनाव के लिए प्रभारी बनाए गए कांग्रेस के पूर्व मंत्रियों और विधायकों को सौंपा गया तो यह साफ हिदायत दी गई कि यह पूरी तरह गोपनीय है। बहुत मेहनत लगी है इसे तैयार करने में इसे किसी से भी शेयर ना करें। यहां तक कि उपचुनाव में पार्टी के जो वरिष्ठ नेता आपके सहायक की भूमिका में हैं, उन्हें भी इसकी जानकारी ना दें। बात यह सामने आ रही है कि यह दस्तावेज कांग्रेस के उस वार रूम में तैयार हुए हैं जो आंकड़ों के खेल में माहिर इमरोज़ खान के नेतृत्व में काम कर रहा है। इस वार रूम पर कंट्रोल किसका है यह आप पता करें। यह जरूर है कि इस वार रूम पर कमलनाथ बहुत भरोसा करते हैं।
 
राजेश बहुगुणा जैसे काबिल अफसर की आबकारी आयुक्त पद से एकाएक विदाई का असर अब दिख रहा है। मध्यप्रदेश में शराब कारोबार का जिस तरह बंटाधार हुआ है और सरकार को रोज निर्णय बदलना पड़ रहे हैं उससे यह तो स्पष्ट हो गया कि बहुगुणा आबकारी में असरकारक तो थे। कुछ साल पहले अचानक छतरपुर कलेक्टर पद से हटाए गए बहुगुणा अभी क्यों हटाए गए यह कोई समझ नहीं पा रहा है लेकिन एक बड़ा कारण यह है कि उन्हें पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री दिग्विजय सिंह का प्रिय पात्र मान लिया गया। आगे के तार आप जोड़िए।
 
प्रशासनिक सेवा की एक महत्वपूर्ण कड़ी विभागीय परीक्षा होती है। नौकरी में आने के 3 साल की अवधि में यह परीक्षा पास करना होती है। इसे समय पर उत्तीर्ण न करने का क्या नुकसान होता है यह राज्य प्रशासनिक सेवा के दो अफसर विनय निगम और डॉक्टर वरदमूर्ति मिश्रा से समझा जा सकता है।‌ आईएएस में पदोन्नति के लिए बहुत जल्दी होने वाली पदोन्नति समिति की बैठक में इन दोनों के नामों पर सिर्फ इसलिए विचार नहीं हो पाएगा क्योंकि यह समय पर विभागीय परीक्षा पास नहीं कर पाए। इसको लेकर उन्होंने सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक लड़ाई लड़ी लेकिन बात नहीं बनी।
 
उपचुनाव के पहले बदनावर में फूंक-फूंक कर कदम रख रही भाजपा को उस समय बड़ा सुकून महसूस हुआ जब कैलाश विजयवर्गीय ने बदनावर पहुंचकर राजेश अग्रवाल की पार्टी में वापसी करवा दी।‌ लेकिन यह खुशी ज्यादा समय कायम नहीं रह पाई क्योंकि इस वापसी के खिलाफ पूर्व विधायक भंवर सिंह शेखावत ने बगावत के स्वर बुलंद कर दिए। बदनावर के मामले में राजपूत मतों के समीकरण को अनदेखा नहीं किया जा सकता और इन पर शेखावत का कुछ नियंत्रण तो है हालांकि यह मुखरता पार्टी में शेखावत की परेशानी बढ़ाने वाली रहेगी।
 
चलते चलते : जरा यह तो पता कीजिए की किसी बड़े जिले का एसपी बनने की स्थिति में होने के बावजूद आशुतोष प्रताप सिंह की पसंद संचालक जनसंपर्क का पद क्यों रहा? वैसे जनसंपर्क विभाग में उनका पिछला परफारमेंस बहुत अच्छा रहा है।
