Yogi governments new excise policy: योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार ने इस साल अपने निर्णयों से आबकारी विभाग में क्रांतिकारी परिवर्तन किए हैं। ये साल आबकारी विभाग के लिए कई बदलाव के लिए जाना जाएगा। नई आबकारी नीति ने विभाग की पूरी कार्यप्रणाली को तकनीक आधारित और पारदर्शी बना दिया है। वहीं राजस्व प्राप्ति के मामले में इस साल आबकारी विभाग ने नए कीर्तिमान स्थापित किए हैं। निवेश और रोजगार सृजन में भी उल्लेखनीय कार्य हुआ है। 
 
आबकारी विभाग पहले से ज्यादा पारदर्शी और तकनीक आधारित : योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार की नई आबकारी नीति ने विभाग की छवि को सकारात्मक रूप से बदलने का काम किया है। इस साल शराब की दुकानों का आवंटन ई-लॉटरी प्रणाली के माध्यम से किया गया जिससे लाइसेंस आवंटन की प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह निष्पक्ष और ऑनलाइन हो गई। शराब की दुकानों से जुड़े विभिन्न प्रकार के थोक और बॉण्ड अनुज्ञापनों का निर्गमन, मदिरा की बोतलों पर लगने वाले लेबलों का अनुमोदन, मदिरा की एमआरपी का निर्धारण और अल्कोहल निर्यात के परमिट, अब सभी प्रक्रियाएं ऑनलाइन हो गई हैं। 
 
अवैध बिक्री और कारोबार पर पूरी तरह से नियंत्रण : नई नीति के तहत उत्पादन से लेकर परिवहन और बिक्री तक हर स्तर पर सख्त निगरानी सुनिश्चित की गई है। शीरा के उत्पादन, उठान और वितरण की पूरी प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन की गई है, जबकि आसवनियों और अन्य इकाइयों में सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाए गए हैं। मदिरा और स्पिरिट के टैंकरों में डिजिटल लॉक लगाए गए हैं और केवल जीपीएस युक्त वाहनों से ही परिवहन की अनुमति दी गई है। आसवनियों में डिजिटल अल्कोहलोमीटर, मास फ्लो मीटर, रडार आधारित लेवल सेंसर और बॉटलिंग काउंटर लगाए गए हैं। 
 
अवैध शराब में लिप्त अपराधियों के खिलाफ बड़ी कार्रवाई : मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार ने इस साल अवैध शराब और अपराधियों के खिलाफ सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए बड़ी और प्रभावी कार्रवाई की है। इस साल प्रदेशभर में अवैध शराब के निर्माण और तस्करी से जुड़े 79,990 अभियोग दर्ज किए गए हैं। इस दौरान 20.86 लाख लीटर अवैध मदिरा एवं मादक द्रव्य बरामद किए गए। अवैध कारोबार में संलिप्त 15,085 व्यक्तियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया, जिनमें से 2,755 को जेल भेजा गया। अवैध मदिरा से जुड़ी किसी भी सूचना के लिए लखनऊ स्थित कंट्रोल एवं कमांड सेंटर का टोल फ्री नंबर 14405 और व्हाट्सएप नंबर 9454466019 सक्रिय है। साथ ही, मदिरा की वैधता जांच के लिए यूपी एक्साइज सिटीजन ऐप विकसित किया गया है। 
 
राजस्व प्राप्ति में रिकॉर्डतोड़ वृद्धि दर्ज : मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार की नई आबकारी नीति का असर राजस्व आंकड़ों में साफ दिखाई दे रहा है। वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में नवंबर माह तक प्रदेश को कुल 35,144.11 करोड़ रुपये का आबकारी राजस्व प्राप्त हुआ है, जो पिछले वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 की समान अवधि में प्राप्त 30,402.34 करोड़ रुपये की तुलना में 15.59 प्रतिशत अधिक है। इस अवधि में सरकार को 4,741.77 करोड़ रुपये का अतिरिक्त राजस्व मिला है। ये आंकड़े स्पष्ट करते हैं कि योगी सरकार की आबकारी नीति ने राजस्व संग्रह को नई मजबूती दी
 
एथेनॉल उत्पादन ने बनाया नया कीर्तिमान : उत्तर प्रदेश में इस साल तक 182 करोड़ लीटर एथेनॉल का उत्पादन हुआ, जो अब तक का सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन है। योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार के संरचनात्मक सुधार, तकनीकी अनुकूलता और ‘ईज ऑफ डूइंग बिजनेस’ से शराब, बीयर, वाइन व एल्कोहल आधारित उद्योगों में वृद्धि हुई है। प्रदेश में 105.25 करोड़ लीटर और प्रदेश से बाहर 40.96 करोड़ लीटर एथेनॉल बिक्री ने उत्तर प्रदेश को एथेनॉल सप्लाई का भरोसेमंद केंद्र बनाया है। इंवेस्ट यूपी के अंतर्गत अब तक 140 समझौते साइन हुए हैं, जिसके तहत 35378 करोड़ रुपये के निवेश की प्रक्रिया चल रही है। वहीं 56 रेडी-टू-लॉन्च प्रोजेक्ट हैं जिनके लिए जमीन आवंटित हो चुकी है। इसके माध्यम से 11667 करोड़ रुपये के निवेश की प्रक्रिया चल रही है। वर्तमान में 35 प्रोजेक्ट संचालित हैं जिसमें 4045 करोड़ से ज्यादा का निवेश हो चुका है। इन परियोजनाओं ने 5000 से अधिक रोजगार भी सृजित किए हैं।
