सामग्री (भरावन के लिए) : 


 
मेवे 1 कप कतरे हुए (काजू, बादाम, पिस्ता, खरबूज के बीज, मखाना), गुड़ 1 कप, 1/4 कप दूध, इलायची पावडर, किशमिश व चारौली। 
 
कवर सामग्री : चावल आटा 1 कप, मैदा 1/2 कप, 2 टी स्पून घी, चुटकी भर नमक।
 
विधि : 
 
कड़ाही में गुड़, दूध व मेवे (किशमिश को छोड़कर) डालें व सूखने तक पकाएं। अब इलायची पावडर व किशमिश मिलाएं व ठंडा करें। मोदक के कवर सामग्री को मिलाकर गूंथ लें। छोटी-छोटी पतली पूरियां बना कर भरावन सामग्री भरें व मोदक का आकार दें। 
 
इसी प्रकार सारे मोदक बना लें। अब घी गर्म करके मध्यम आंच पर सुनहरे होने तक तल लें। गुड़-मेवे के शाही मोदक तैयार हैं।
