खंडवा। मोघट पुलिस थाने में गत 13 मार्च की रात को पत्रकारों पर दर्ज हुए शासकीय कार्य में बाधा के प्रकरण के विरोध में जिले के सभी पत्रकारों ने वाहन रैली निकाली और डीएसपी को गृहमंत्री एवं आईजी के नाम ज्ञापन सौंपा।
स्थानीय पार्वतीबाई धर्मशाला में जिले के सौ से अधिक पत्रकारों की एक बैठक हुई। अध्यक्षता वरिष्ठ पत्रकार प्रमोद सिन्हा एवं कैलाश पालीवाल ने की। पीड़ित पत्रकार नंदकिशोर मंडलोई ने मोघट पुलिस थाने में 13 मार्च की रात को हुए संपूर्ण घटनाक्रम की जानकारी दी। 
 
उन्‍होंने बताया कि वे रात को अपने घर जा रहे थे तभी उन्‍होंने देखा कि थाने के बाहर पुलिसकर्मी एक युवक को नंगा कर पीट रहे हैं। उन्‍होंने रुककर अपने मोबाइल से फोटो लिए तो नगर सैनिक शांतिलाल ने थाने के अंदर से आकर उनका मोबाइल छीन लिया। जब मोबाइल लेने थाने में गए तो टीआई विश्वदीपसिंह परिहार ने अभद्र व्यवहार करते हुए उन्हें थाने में बैठा लिया। रात करीब 1 बजे तक वे पत्रकारों के नाम पर गालियां देते रहे और फिर छोड़ दिया। अगले दिन शनिवार को डीएसआर में देखकर पता चला कि टीआई ने उन पर मुकदमा कायम कर दिया है।
 
सुनील जैन ने कहा जिले में थाना प्रभारियों की अभद्रता एवं अशालीन व्यवहार चिंतनीय है। पूर्व में भी कोतवाली टीआई ने महापौर के साथ अशालीन व्यवहार किया था। पुलिस कुछ पत्रकारों के साथ मारपीट भी कर चुकी है। 
 
प्रमोद सिन्हा ने कहा कि कानून व्यवस्था बनाने में हर समय पत्रकारों ने पुलिस को सहयोग दिया है। मामला चाहे थाने में आत्महत्या का हो या फिर शहर में दंगों के नियंत्रण का, मीडिया ने हर समय प्रशासन का सहयोग किया है। लेकिन पत्रकारों पर झूठे प्रकरण दर्ज करना पुलिस की ओछी मानसिकता का परिचायक है। 
 
देवेन्द्र जायसवाल ने कहा कि इस पूरे घटनाक्रम की जांच किए बगैर पुलिस ने दुर्भावना से प्रकरण दर्ज किया है क्योंकि थानों में हो रही दुराचार और भ्रष्टाचार संबंधी खबरों का प्रकाशन समाचार पत्र में किया जाता रहा है। यही कारण है कि पुलिस ने झूठे प्रकरण लगाकर लोकतंत्र का गला घोंटने की कोशिश की है।
 
उदय मंडलोई ने कहा कि सीसी टीवी फुटेज देखकर पुलिस निष्पक्ष जांच करे और प्रकरण का खात्मा करे।
 
लोकेश पचौरी ने कहा कि थाना प्रभारी किसी भी पत्रकार पर प्रकरण दर्ज करने से पहले जांच करें। इस प्रकार के मामले दर्ज होने पर उच्च स्तर तक शिकायत कर कार्रवाई की मांग करेंगे।
 
रैली निकाली, ज्ञापन सौंपा : बैठक के बाद सभी पत्रकारों ने पार्वतीबाई धर्मशाला से वाहन रैली निकाली जो एसपी ऑफिस पहुंची। एसपी का काफी देर इंतजार करने के बाद पत्रकारों ने डीएसपी एसआर सेंगर को ज्ञापन सौंपा। इसमें झूठे प्रकरण को खत्‍म करने और पत्रकारों के साथ अभद्रता की शिकायतों पर कार्रवाई की मांग की गई।
 
इस दौरान शेख वसीम, गोविंद गीते, दीपक सपकाल, नितिन झंवर, विशाल नकुल, भारत गौड़, मनीष गुप्ता, हेमंत जोशी, रितेश चौरसिया, अनुप खुराना, जावेद खान, रहीम बाबा, इमरान खान, चेतन मंडलोई, राजेश तेजी, मांगीलाल पटेल, संदीप पंवार, विश्वनाथ गढ़वाल, प्रदीप राठौर, अमित राठौर, तेजेन्द्र राऊत, सुदीप मन्ना सहित जिले के समस्‍त पत्रकार शामिल थे।
