Neha Hiremath case : कर्नाटक के हुबली जिले में हुए नेहा हिरेमथ मर्डर केस की कहानी में उस समय उबाल आ गया, जब कर्नाटक की एक रैली में पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी ने हत्‍याकांड को लेकर बयान दे डाला है। बयान के बाद कर्नाटक के साथ ही पूरे देश की राजनीति में बवाल हो गया है। नेहा मर्डर केस न सिर्फ सोशल मीडिया में हॉट टॉपिक हो गया है, बल्‍कि कुछ मुस्‍लिम संगठनों ने पीएम मोदी के बयान की आलोचना तक कर डाली है।

पहले जान लेते हैं क्‍या कहा है पीएम ने, फिर बात करेंगे कि आखिर क्‍या है नेहा हिरेमथ हत्‍याकांड की पूरी कहानी। क्‍या इसमें लव जिहाद का एंगल है।

क्‍या कहा पीएम ने : कर्नाटक रैली के दौरान पीएम मोदी ने भाषण के दौरान कांग्रेस पार्टी पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि भारत में कांग्रेस पार्टी जिस सोच को बढ़ावा दे रही है वह काफी खतरनाक है। हमारी बेटियों पर हमले हो रहे हैं, सार्वजनिक जगहों पर बम धमाके हो रहे हैं, जो लोग भजन-कीर्तन सुन रहे हैं उन पर हमले हो रहे हैं। ये साधारण घटनाएं नहीं हैं। इसलिए मैं बेंगलुरु और कर्नाटक के लोगों से अपील करता हूं कि आपको कांग्रेस से सतर्क रहना चाहिए।

क्‍या है नेहा हत्‍याकांड की कहानी : दरअसल इसी महीने 18 अप्रैल 2024 को फैयाज खोंडुनाईक ने कर्नाटक के हुबली जिले में स्थित बीवीबी कॉलेज कैंपस में कांग्रेस पार्षद निरंजन हिरेमथ की बेटी नेहा हिरेमथ की चाकू मारकर हत्या कर दी थी। हमले के बाद कॉलेज के छात्रों और शिक्षकों ने किसी तरह घायल हुई नेहा को अस्पताल पहुंचाया, लेकिन घटनास्‍थल से करीब 2 किलोमीटर दूर के आईएमएस अस्पताल पहुंचने से पहले
ही नेहा की मौत हो गई।

कौन थी नेहा हिरेमथ : नेहा बीवीबी कॉलेज में एमसीए फर्स्ट ईयर की छात्रा थी और फैयाज नेहा का पूर्व क्लासमेट था। फिलहाल इस मामले में पुलिस ने फैयाज को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है और पूछताछ के दौरान पता चला कि फैयाज और नेहा एक दूसरे के साथ रिलेशनशिप में थे। फैयाज ने पुलिस को बताया कि पिछले कुछ दिनों से नेहा अचानक उससे दूर रहने लगी थी, फैयाज को यह दूरी रास नहीं आई और उसने नेहा का मर्डर कर दिया। बता दें कि नेहा कांग्रेस पार्षद निरंजन हिरेमथ की बेटी थी।

एक घंटे बाद फैयाज गिरफ्तार : इस पूरी घटना पर हुब्बली-धारवाड़ की पुलिस कमिश्नर रेणुका एस सुकेमार ने बताया कि हमारे पास FIR दर्ज कराने के एक घंटे के भीतर हमने आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। फिलहाल सारी कानूनी प्रक्रिया पूरी हो चुकी है और आरोपी को ज्यूडिशियल कस्टडी में भेज दिया गया है।

क्‍या लव जिहाद है : बेटी की हत्या से दुखी पिता निरंजन हिरेमथ इस पूरी घटना को लव-जिहाद का मामला बताया। दावा है कि आरोपी ने उनकी बेटी को फंसाने की योजना बनाई थी और नेहा को धमकी भी दी जा रही थी। निरंजन हिरेमथ ने कहा कि इन धमकियों पर हमारी लड़की ने इस पर ध्यान नहीं दिया।

सीएम ने कहा लव जिहाद नहीं : हालांकि राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री सिद्धारमैया ने इस हत्या को लव-जिहाद का नाम देने के दावों को पूरी तरह खारिज कर दिया है। सीएम सिद्धारमैया ने कहा कि यह हत्या निजी कारणों से की गई है और राज्य में कानून व्यवस्था बिल्कुल दुरुस्त है। कर्नाटक के गृह मंत्री डॉक्टर जी परमेश्वर ने भी कहा, इस घटना में लव जिहाद का एंगल नहीं है और हमारे पास जो जानकारी है उसके अनुसार दोनों एक-दूसरे से प्यार करते थे।

फयाज की मां ने मांगी माफी :  फयाज की मां ने सार्वजनिक तौर पर इस पूरे घटना की निंदा की है. बीबीसी की एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार फयाज की मां ने बताया कि दोनों एक-दूसरे से प्यार करते थे।
उन्होंने स्थानीय पत्रकारों से बात करते हुए कहा, "मैं सभी लोगों और नेहा के परिवार से भी माफी मांगती हूं। मेरे बेटे ने जो किया है घोर अन्याय है। हम शर्मिंदा हैं और कानून के मुताबिक ही मेरे बेटे को सजा होनी चाहिए"

उन्होंने बताया कि "नेहा और फयाज एक दूसरे से प्यार करते थे और उन्होंने इस रिश्ते के बारे में मुझे भी एक साल पहले बताया था। दोनों शादी भी करना चाहते थे
