लखनऊ। करोना महामारी के चलते अन्य राज्यों में फंसे मजदूरों को लाने के लिए जहां उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार संपूर्ण व्यवस्था कराने में लगी हुई है, लेकिन कुछ मजदूर ऐसे भी थे जो सरकार की इस व्यवस्था का हिस्सा नहीं बन पाए और उन्हें अपनी मंजिल तक आने के लिए पैदल ही रास्ता तय करना पड़ा।
 
यह रास्ता कितना कठिन था यह बताते-बताते इन मजदूरों की आंखों में आंसू आ जाते हैं और यह मजदूर सरकार को नहीं बल्कि अपनी किस्मत को दोषी मानते हैं। ये कहते हैं कि दो वक्त की रोटी की तलाश में घर छोड़कर परदेस जाने को मजबूर किया था और अब इस महामारी ने दो वक्त की रोटी भी छीन ली।
 
पलायन को मजबूर हुए इन प्रवासी मजदूरों का कहना है कि साहब अब इ जनम में न जइबो परदेस। इन सभी मजदूरों के दर्द की दास्तां को जानने के लिए वेबदुनिया के संवाददाता ने जब बातचीत की तो दिल्ली से अपने गांव कानपुर देहात लौट रहे रामकुमार, राम बिहारी व शरद त्रिपाठी और वहीं उन्नाव के शिवशंभू, सीताराम व सोनू ने बताया कि हम सभी दिल्ली में रहकर मजदूरी करके अपने परिवार का पेट पालते थे। 
 
उन्होंने बताया कि 22 मार्च के बाद ठेकेदार ने काम बंद होने की बात कहते हुए कहा कुछ दिन रुक जाओ काम दोबारा शुरू हो जाएगा। इंतजार करते-करते हम लोगों ने 20 से 25 दिन काट लिए, लेकिन धीरे-धीरे पैसे का अभाव हमारे सामने दिक्कतें खड़ी करने लगा और हम लोग खाने के लिए मोहताज होने लगे। दो वक्त की रोटी तो छोड़िए एक वक्त की रोटी जुटाना मुश्किल पड़ने लगा। हम यदि कोरोना लॉकडाउन में दिल्ली नहीं छोड़ते तो भूख से मर जाते।
 
हम सभी लोगों ने विचार किया कि भूखे मरने से अच्छा है कि घर वापस चलें। बहुत प्रयास किया कि किसी प्रकार से घर जाने के लिए साधन नसीब हो जाए, लेकिन वह बहुत मुश्किल था इसलिए हम सभी ने परिवार के साथ निश्चय किया कि पैदल ही अपने गांव वापस जाएंगे।
 
इन मजदूरों ने बताया कि 2 मई की सुबह हम सभी घर जाने के लिए निकल पड़े, लेकिन यह नहीं पता था कि जो फैसला लिया है वह कितना कठिन है। निकल तो पड़े अपने-अपने घर के लिए, लेकिन रास्ते में कुछ पुलिस वालों को छोड़ दीजिए, जिन्होंने हम पर तरस खाकर खाने-पीने तक का इंतजाम कराया, लेकिन ज्यादातर सड़क पर गालियां ही मिली हैं।
 
कई बार तो रास्ते में लगा कि जिंदगी अब खत्म हो जाएगी, लेकिन एक बात समझ में आई कि आज भी इंसानियत जिंदा है। कई लोग ऐसे भी मिले जिन्होंने खाने-पीने तक का इंतजाम किया। रास्ते में कई गांव ऐसे मिले जहां उन्होंने रात बिताने के लिए आसरा दिया। हमें नही पता दोबारा उनसे कभी मुलाकात होगी कि नहीं लेकिन वे सभी इंसान के रूप में भगवान थे। अगर यह लोग ना होते तो शायद रास्ते में भूख और प्यास से हम लोग मर जाते। इन 10 दिनों में जो कुछ हम पर बीता है, जिंदगी भर नहीं भुला पाएंगे। अब फैसला कर लिया है कि 'इ जनम में न जइबो परदेस'।
